Who is responsible

ObserveHub runs observehub.com and decides how the data described here is used. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

What we collect through the early-access form

We do not store your IP address with your sign-up. Cloudflare uses it for a short time to stop repeated automated requests.

Why we use it

We use your email address to invite you to ObserveHub early access and to contact you about it. We use company and team size to decide who to invite first and what to build first. We do not send newsletters, and we do not sell or share your details.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing [email protected].

Where it is stored

Sign-ups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that is restricted to the European Union. Cloudflare processes this data for us as our service provider.

Each new sign-up is also sent by email to our team mailbox. Our email provider hosts that mailbox in Turkey.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until we have invited you to early access, and no longer than 24 months after you sign up. If you ask us to delete them, we do so sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
